New finished quilts

A quilt for my nephew Angus also known as Gussie. Really pleased with this. The pattern came from the "Oh Fransson" blog. Elizabeth has some great patterns there and this one was free and super easy! The pattern is here.

Quilts finished in 2010

Two more finished quilts for the year. The first is my monochromatic challenge with the Geraldton Patchwork group. I hated not using lots of colours but I liked the finished product.
The second is a detail fom a quilt started long, long ago. I will post a better picture of it soon.

Quilts finished in 2010

I started this quilt in Mullewa at the "Mullewa Round - up" about four years ago, it was planned as a blue and yellow quilt. Finished now and hanging above my bed, I'm happy with it! I love the shifting shapes in the design.

One of my first quilts ever. I made it about 10 years ago in a workshop with Gloria Loughman in Kearng Victoria. At the time I loved the shifting of light and dark in colourwash quilts. Still do!

Favourites

I am beginning with my favourite quilt finished just this year. I love the colours and the quilting. Many of the fabrics were hand dyed many years ago.
